摘　　要：本文阐述了我院手工加床管理的现状及不足之处,讨论了盲目加床的危害性和安全隐患;通过床位分类和设置依据,分析其成因,认为加床会对医疗、护理、病人和统计等产生多方面的影响。为了加强医院各病房床位的管理,保证临床医疗安全,提高医疗质量,基于计算机软件层面,在床位房间、性别、转入转出等节点加以改进和控制,并对实施与效果进行了对比分析,认为信息化加床管理能在一定程度上增加收治病人的合理性。This article described the status and deficiency of manual extra beds management in our hospital, and discussed the harmfulness of blindly adding beds for it may cause potential safety risk. By sorting out the beds, setting the basis and analyzing the reason, we believed extra beds may arise many problems in the following aspects of treatment, caring, patient and statistics, etc. In order to enforce extra beds management, guarantee medical safety and improve treatment quality, a series of measures based on software had been taken: controlling room number, patient gender and switch time. After comparatively analyzing the implementation and effect, we concluded that extra beds management by information technology can increase rationality in the admission of extra patients in a certain extent.
