摘　　要：本文介绍了基于PACS标准化通用型信息管理系统,该标准化通用型信息管理系统实现了对不同类型、单机模式、私有格式检查设备的通用化处理,提供了与HIS、PACS的信息交互功能,将单机模式、私有格式检查设备所生成的文字报告、影像数据存储于HIS、PACS,是对PACS的有益补充,实现了临床医师高效快捷的查询、浏览,提升医学影像数字化规模、程度。基于PACS标准化通用型信息管理系统能够为现代数字化医院提供强有力的信息化支持,是一种在设计、开发、应用、维护等各方面性价比突出的应用解决方案。This paper introduced the general information management system based on PACS standardization. This standardized general-purpose information management system realized the generalized processing of different types, stand-alone mode and proprietary format checking equipment,provided information interaction with HIS and PACS. The text report and image data generated by the stand-alone mode and proprietary format checking equipment can be stored in HIS and PACS, which is a useful supplement to the PACS, helping clinicians to achieve efficient and fast query and browse,and enhancing medical image digital scale and degree. PACS standardization based general-purpose information management system can provide powerful information support for modern digital hospital, is cost-effective application solutions in terms of design, development, application, maintenance, etc.
