项目管理在CT移机中的应用

摘　　要：将项目管理的理念和方法引入了我院自主完成的CT移机工作中。对移机过程中的前期调研、风险管理、时间管理等项目管理的要素进行分析、评价,明确了项目管理可作为对CT这种大型医疗设备的移机项目实施的一种重要管理工具。现将此次移机所得到的经验和体会在此阐述,希望对其他医院进行大型医疗设备移机时有所帮助。This article introduced project management ideas and methods into the CT moving working which is independently completed by our hospital. Through analyzing and evaluating the prophase research, risk management, time management and other factors of project management in the process of moving, it is further clear that project management can be used as an important management tool to the implementation of large medical equipment moving project like CT moving. The experience and understanding of this CT moving is elaborated in this paper, hoping is helpful to large medical equipment moving work of other hospitals.
