摘　　要：目的:促进临床药师更好地进入临床发挥作用。方法:临床药师参与1例围手术期麻醉意外病例讨论分析,针对患者术后短时间内出现的呼吸停止,心脏骤停等不良反应进行分析并提出建议,规范围手术期合理用药。结果:临床药师参与临床病例讨论,发挥药物应用理论优势,根据患者病情特点,结合药物不良反应并提供个体化用药方案。结论:药师要找到参与临床的切入点,如积极参加医院组织的病例讨论,对患者的不良反应进行药学监护等,为患者提供有效的药学服务。Objective: To promote clinical pharmacists to play a better role in clinic. Method: Clinical pharmacists participated in the discussion of 1 patient with anesthetic accident in peroperative period, analyzed the reasons that the patient had apnoea and sudden cardiac arrest short time after operation and gave some suggestions to promote the rational use of drugs. Results: Clinical pharmacist took part in the consultation and provided individualized medication, according to the condition of the patient. Conclusions: Clinical pharmacists should find the entry point to provide effective pharmaceutical care so as to reduce the suffer of patients, such as participating in the clinic discussion, monitoring adverse drug reactionsclosely and so on.
