摘 要:为考察内插扭带对螺旋圆管传热特性的影响,以水为流动工质,分别对层流状态下有、无内插扭带的两种螺旋圆管进行数值模拟研究,具体探究内插扭带对螺旋圆管传热特性的强化作用,并结合场协同理论对其进行分析。结果表明,内置扭带对螺旋圆管努塞尔数的提升范围是3.2%~28.7%,当Re=34时,提升程度达到最大值28.7%;而通过对比两种螺旋圆管的场协同数,内置扭带增强了速度场和热流场之间的协同作用。To investigate the effects of twisted tape on heat transfer characteristics in helical tubes,a numerical study using water as working medium was carried out to investigate helical tubes with or without twisted tape under laminar flow,the enhancement on the heat transfer characteristics and the field synergy theory of twisted tape in helical tubes has been explored and analyzed. The results show that,as far as this study was concerned,the range of improvement on helical tube with twisted tape was 3.2-28.7%,when Re=34,it reached the maximum value of 28.7%;by comparison the field synergy number of two kinds of helical tubes,twisted tape enhanced the synergistic effect between velocity field and heat flow field.
