摘  要:支持平台钻井作业方式特殊、钻井包设计难度大,且该项目又与常规设计过程不同,因此加强项目风险管控,寻找风险与成本收益上的最佳平衡点,将风险水平降至最低是项目实施的首要目标。文章针对支持平台钻井包设计过程中的风险管控进行研究,在项目的设计初期建立初步风险研究思路,引入风险分析方法,选取风险接受准则,对设计过程的风险因素进行识别和评估,重点对高危区域及接近高危区域的风险因素进行分析并提出合理应对措施。The design of the drill package is difficult due to the special drilling operation mode of tender support vessel. As the project is different from the conventional design process, the primary target of the project is to minimize the risk level by enhancing the project risk management and control and seeking the best balance point between risk and cost benefit. This paper researches the risk management and control during the design process of the tender support vessel drilling package, and establishes a preliminary risk research route at the initial design stage. The risk factors in the design process are identified and evaluated through the introduction of the risk analysis method and the selection of the risk acceptance criteria. The special analysis of the risk factors of the high-risk area and the area close to the high-risk area are performed to introduce reasonable countermeasures.
