摘　　要：针对在生产过程中冷轧机组的轧辊轴承漏油问题,将稀油润滑系统改造为油气润滑系统。将油气润滑系统应用到冷轧五机架六辊轧机工作辊和中间辊止推轴承、支撑辊的径向和止推轴承中。改造后冷轧机组运行稳定,安全可靠,解决了轧辊轴承漏油的问题,提高了轧制液在线使用质量和带钢表面质量,节省了大量润滑油、取得了较好的经济效益。The oil lubrication system was revamped into oil - air lubrication type in order to solve oil leakage problem occurring at the roll bearing of cold rolling unit during production. Oil - air lubrication system was adopted at the thrust bearings of work roll and intermediate roll and the radial bearing and thrust bearing of support roll for cold rolling five-stand six-roll cold rolling unit. After revamp, the cold rolling train ran stably, safely and reliably. The oil leakage problem at roll bearing was eliminated. The online quality of rolling liquid and strip surface quality were improved and a large amount of lubricatingoil was saved. Good economic benefit was achieved.
