摘　　要：介绍了济钢6~#板坯连铸机的技术特点及工艺流程。为了保证连铸机顺利投产和高效运行,完善了动态轻压下技术和动态二冷配水模型,生产实践表明,主体设备运行良好,改善了铸坯中心偏析,提高了连铸坯内部质量,保证了连铸机的顺利生产和产品质量的提升。The paper introduces the technical characteristics and process flow of Jigang Slab Caster 6.In order to ensure the smooth start-up and high efficient operation of slab caster, dynamic soft reduction technology and dynamic secondary cooling water distribution model were improved. Production practice showed the main equipment ran well; slab central segregation and slab internal quality were improved. The smooth production of the caster was ensured and product quality lifted.
