芪苈强心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗扩张型心肌病心衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗扩张型心肌病心衰的临床疗效。方法 100例病人按随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予利尿剂、洋地黄制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、钙通道阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊和通心络胶囊。观察治疗前、治疗12周后心搏量(SV)、心排血量(CO)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、6 min步行距离及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果治疗12周后,两组SV、CO、LVEDD、NT-pro BNP均明显降低(P<0.05),LVEF、6 min步行距离、VEGF、NO水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高或降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(96.0%vs80.0%,P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合通心络胶囊能明显改善扩张型心肌病心衰病人心功能及血管内皮功能。Objective To study the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule (QQC)and Tongxinluo capsule (TXLC)in the treatment of heart failure (HF)in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =50)treated with routine treatment (diuretics,digitalis preparations,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,calcium channel blockers,beta blockers),and treatment group(n =50)treated with routine treatment plus QQC and TXLC for 12 weeks.Cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP),endothelial function and the distance of 6 min walk test (6MWT)were measured before and after 12 weeks of treatenmt.Results After 12 weeks of treatenmt,compared with the control group,cardiac function,the distance of 6MWT were improved,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and nitric oxide (NO)were increased,NT proBNP level was decresased in treatment group(P <0.05).The total effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion QQC and TXLC can improve obviously cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy.
