参枝苓口服液治疗轻度认知功能损害的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的在中医"心主神明"理论指导下,研究以中医"调心"立方的参枝苓口服液对轻度认知功能损害(MCI)病人认知功能的临床疗效。方法以美国NIA-AA制订的"阿尔茨海默病诊断指南中AD所致MCI的核心临床诊断标准",采用随机、阳性西药对照组平行对照、盲法评分的研究方法,从MCI病人中选择给予双益平治疗者34例、参枝苓口服液治疗者35例进行疗程24周的临床观察。比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果从认知功能看,参枝苓口服液能够显著改善病人简易精神状态量表检查(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)和阿尔海默病评定量表-认知部分(ADAS-cog)分值(P<0.01),与双益平组疗效相当,且参枝苓组ADAScog治疗前后的差值较双益平组有统计学意义[(-2.47±0.88)分vs(0.80±0.85)分,P<0.05]。参枝苓组还能改善双手协调能力。结论参枝苓口服液具有补心气、温心阳、化痰开窍的功效,是治疗MCI的有效药物之一。Objective To observe the effect of Shenzhiling oral liquid (SOL)in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI).MethodsThe core clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer’disease (AD)in the Alzheimer’s Disease Diagnostic Guidelines developed by the National Institute of Aging (NIA)and the Alzheimer’s Disease Association (AA)were adopted.A randomized,positive western medicine control group was treated with parallel control and blind scoring.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =34)treated with huperzine A tablets (ShuangYi Ping),and treatment group (n = 35)treated with SOL for 24 weeks.The efficacy was observed.Results The scores of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Mo-CA),Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale Cognitive Subscale (ADAS cog)were improved in treatment group after treatment(P <0.05).The efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group (P <0.05).The coordination of both hands improved in treatment group.Conclusion SOL has an obvious effect on patients with MCI,which has the function of tonifying heart qi,war mingheart yang,clearing phlegm.
