中药排石汤复合消石素治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药排石汤复合消石素治疗泌尿结石的临床效果。方法 109例泌尿系结石患者,按照随机分配原则分成实验组(55例)和对照组(54例)。对照组患者采用常规中药排石汤治疗,实验组患者采用中药排石汤联合消石素治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、腹部绞痛缓解、结石排出时间并进行比较。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率略高于对照组,但比较差异无统计学有意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者用药后腹痛缓解所需时间为(2.36±0.34)d,对照组患者为(3.19±0.45)d,实验组患者用药后腹痛缓解所需时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组患者泌尿结石排出所需时间为(13.93±2.28)d,对照组患者为(21.21±2.64)d,实验组患者泌尿结石排出所需时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药排石汤复合消石素治疗泌尿结石有利于尽早改善患者肾绞痛等症状,更早的排出结石,缩短患者的用药时间,减少治疗成本,此方案作为中西医联合治疗泌尿结石的方案之一,适合临床使用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by traditional Chinese lithagogue decoction combined with Uralyt in the treatment of urinary calculus. Methods A total of 109 patients with urinary calculus were randomly divided into experimental group (55 cases) and control group (54 cases). The control group received conventional traditional Chinese lithagogue decoction for treatment, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese lithagogue decoction combined with Uralyt for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical effect, abdominal colic relief time and lithecbole time between the two groups. Results The experimental group had slightly higher treatment total effective rate than the control group, while their difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The experimental group had abdominal colic relief time after drug administration as(2.36±0.34)d, which was (3.19±0.45) d in the control group. The experimental group had shorter abdominal colicrelief time after drug administration than the control group (P<0.01). The experimental group had urinary calculus lithecbole time as (13.93±2.28) d, which was (21.21±2.64) d in the control group. The experimental group had shorter urinary calculus lithecbole time than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese lithagogue decoction and Uralyt is helpful for early improvement of renal colic and early lithecbole. As one of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment schemes, this method can shorten drug use time and lower treatment cost in patients, and it is appropriate for clinical application.
