摘　　要：目的:探讨我院ADR的发生规律和特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,提取我院2012年1月–2015年12月上报的997例ADR报告数据,并对患者年龄、药品种类、给药途径、ADR累及系统/器官及主要临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:997例ADR报告中,男性患者472例(47.35%);女性患者525例(52.65%);以45岁以上人群居多(64.30%);发生ADR药品抗感染药物居首位(21.66%);以静脉滴注(64.59%)给药途径为主;ADR累及系统/器官主要涉及皮肤(32.50%)和神经系统(26.37%)。结论:ADR发生与多种因素有关,建议临床应合理使用各类药物,重视不良反应监测,以降低不良反应的发生率。Objective:To study the characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in our hospital,in order to provide referencesfor clinical safe and reasonable use of medication.Methods:With the retrospective method,all the997ADR reports were extracted fromour hospital from January2012to December2015.The data in respect of patients'age,drug types,route of administration,systems/organsinvolved in ADR and clinical manifestations were analyzed statistically.Results:Among the997ADR reports,the number of male patientsand female patients were472cases(accounting for47.35%)and525cases(accounting for52.65%),respectively.The proportion of patientswho were more than45years old was64.30%,and anti-infective agents ADRs accounted for21.66%.The majority administration routewas intravenous infusion(64.59%).The majority systems and organs involved in ADR were skin(32.50%)and nervous system(26.37%).Conclusion:The multiple factors may lead to high frequency of ADR.Consequently,great attentions should be paid to the rational use ofvarious drugs and monitoring of ADRs for reducing the incidence of ADR.
