民国时期黔东南民族地区的师范教育

摘　　要：民国时期,为了改变少数民族地区落后面貌,在教育界人士和政府的推动下,黔东南民族地区开始推行师范教育,取得了一定的成效。师范教育培养了一大批师资和合格人才,使黔东南地区的师资队伍无论在数量还是质量方面都有了较为明显的改善和提高,同时也积累了发展少数民族地区教育事业的经验。In the period of the Republic of China, in order to change the poor condition in ethnic areas, normal education was practiced in ethnicareas of Southeast Guizhou Province and achieved certain success under a promotion by educational circles and government. Normal education trained a large number of qualifiedteachers and talents, made an obvious advance in both quantity and quality of teachers in this area, and accumulated experience ofdeveloping education in ethnic areas.
