摘  要:为探明不同植物生长调节剂对不同大豆品种脱落率及酶活性指标的影响。以5个大豆品种为材料,在R1期叶面喷施两种调节剂2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)和烯效唑(S3307)。结果表明:DTA-6有效降低了5个大豆品种的落花率;S3307降低了嫩丰18、绥农28、垦丰16和抗线6的落花率。DTA-6降低了嫩丰18、绥农28、垦丰16和抗线6的落荚率;S3307降低了合丰50和绥农28的落荚率。两处理总体上降低了大豆脱落花荚的MDA含量,提高了POD含量,因品种特性不同,效果也有所不同。除绥农28外,两种调节剂均提高了大豆产量。Five soybean(Glycine max) cultivars as the materials which were sprayed PGRs of diethyl amino ethyl caproate(DTA-6)and uniconazole(S3307) at R1 stage to study the influence of spraying different plant growth regulators on abscission flowers and pods and enzyme activity of soybean.The results showed that DTA-6 effectively reduced the abscission flowers rate in five varietives,and S3307 effectively reduced the abscission flowers rate in Nenfeng18、Suinong28、Kenfeng16 or Kangxian6. DTA-6 effectively reduced the abscission pods rate in Nenfeng18、Suinong28、Kenfeng16 or Kangxian6 and S3307 effectively reduced the abscission pods rate in Hefeng50 or Suinong28. MDA content was reduced and POD content increased of different varieties by PGRs. Because of the characteristics of different varieties,PGRs had different effect,both PGRs increased the yield of five soybeans except Suinong28.
