摘　　要：为了探究NDV-D90对BGC-823细胞的抑制作用,通过细胞毒性、肿瘤细胞侵袭和流式细胞术实验,来确定新城疫病毒D90毒株(Newcastle disease virus,NDV-D90)对胃癌细胞株BGC-823(低分化)的抑制作用。结果显示:NDV-D90能抑制BGC-823细胞的增殖和侵袭,病毒在BGC-823细胞中有很强的复制能力,并且NDV-D90对BGC-823细胞主要造成坏死并伴随着少量的凋亡。In order to research the inhibition effect of the NDV-D90 on the cell BGC-823,the cytotoxicity test,tumor invasion assay and flow cytometry were performed. These studies showed that the strain NDV-D90 cells inhibited the replication and proliferation of BGC-823. The virus could replicate in the cell BGC-823. The NDV-90 mainly caused the BCG-823 necrosis and a small amount of apoptosis.
