摘 要:以铝工业固体废弃物赤泥为主要原料,利用成球机制备了赤泥陶瓷球,探讨了热处理保温时间对陶瓷球的体积密度、堆积度、破损率和磨损率的影响。结果表明,利用成球机制备赤泥陶瓷球是可行的,且样品具有较优的球形度和较高的机械强度;延长保温时间可提高样品的体积密度和堆积密度,降低破碎率和磨损率之和,使其值小于0.7%。研究发现,赤泥原料粒径小,颗粒间容易粘结,适合利用成球机成型;同时赤泥原料中含有较多的助熔性离子,可促进液相的形成,从而有助于制备机械强度高的陶瓷球。The ceramic balls were prepared by using aluminum industrial solid waste red mud as main raw materials via balling machine. The effects of holding time on bulk density, stacking density, broken rate and wear rate of ceramic balls were investigated. The results show that the red mud ceramic balls with good sphericity and high mechanical strength can be prepared via balling machine. Extending the holding time can increase the bulkdensity and stacking density of ceramic balls. On the contrary, the sum of the broken rate and wear rate were decreased less than 0.7%. It is believed that the better bond force should result from the small particle size of redmud, which makes it suitable for forming spherical in balling machine. The flux composition in red mud promoted the formation of liquid phase and enhanced the mechanical strength of ceramic balls.
