摘　　要：目的:建立肝达康胶囊中芍药苷含量的高效液相检测方法。方法:Agilent HC-C18柱;乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相;检测波长230 nm;柱温30℃;流速0.8 m L/min。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.072 7~0.654μg范围内峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率99.4%。结论:该方法易于操作,结果准确,重现性良好,可用于肝达康胶囊质量控制。Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for detection of paeoniflorin content in liverKang capsule.Methods:Agilent HC-C18column and acetonitrile water(15:85)as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was230nm and the column temperature was about30℃;the flow rate was0.8mL/min.Results:There was a good linear relationshipbetween the peak area integral value and the amount of sample in the range of0.0727to0.654μg.The average recovery rate wasabout99.4%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate,accurate,with good reproducible,and it can be used for the quality controlof liver Kang capsule.
