摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法:收治良性前列腺增生症患者60例,采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:总有效率96.7%。治疗后,患者的QQL、IPSS、Qmax评分显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:60patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were treated with transurethral resection of prostate.We observedthe therapeutic effects.Results:The total effective rate was96.7%.After treatment,the scores of QQL,IPSS and Qmax weresignificantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatichyperplasia was significant.
