摘　　要：目的:探讨狂犬疫苗2-1-1四针免疫程序与5针免疫程序的不良反应及患者依从性。方法:随机对220例犬伤使用5针免疫注射程序的受种者以及220例犬伤使用2-1-1免疫注射程序的受种者进行不良反应调查。结果:两组疼痛差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种注射方法在不良反应方面差异没有统计学意义,都是安全有效的。Objective:To explore the adverse reactions and patient compliance of5needles immunization program and2-1-1immunization program for rabies vaccine.Methods:We carried out the investigation of adverse reactions in220patients with doginjury with5needles immunization program and220patients with dog injury with2-1-1immunization program.Results:Therewas statistically significant difference in pain between groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in others(P>0.05).Conclusion:There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two injection methods,and they were both safeand effective.
