摘 要:脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyrte fatty acid binding protein,FABP4/A-FABP/aP2)是主要表达在脂肪细胞及巨噬细胞的小分子胞浆蛋白,近年来研究发现其在人体多种细胞及组织中均可检测到表达,并通过多种信号途径参与疾病发生发展,而小分子FABP4抑制剂在动物模型疾病治疗中初见成效。笔者查阅相关文献,对近年FABP4与疾病的研究进行综述,旨在为FABP4相关疾病的诊治提供新的研究线索和方向。Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (FABP4/A-FABP/aP2) is a micromolecular cytoplasmic protein mainly expressed in adipose cells and macrophages. Recent studies have shown that the expression of FABP4 can be detected in a variety of human cells and tissues, it can be involved in the occurrence and development of diseases through multiple signaling pathways, and small molecule inhibitors of FABP4 has achieved initial success for the treatment of disease in animal models. The author looked up the related litetatures,and reviewed the recent studies of FABP4 and diseases, which aimed to provide a new research clue and direction for the diagnosis and treatment of FABP4 releated diseases.
