品管圈活动用于药物人工流产后的效果观察及短期随访价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动用于药物人工流产后的效果观察及短期随访价值。方法将选定的124例研究对象分为观察组和对照组,前者使用品管圈小组干预,后者为普通护理,收集随访期间研究对象的医疗满意度、恢复情况健康知识得分数据做比较。结果观察组的医疗满意度(93.5%)较对照组(79.0%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组完成随访率(96.8%)较对照组(80.6%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究期间,观察组妇科感染报道事件为6.7%,显著低于对照组(24.0%)(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在外阴卫生、安全避孕和健康性态度知识方面得分比较分别为:[(5.4±0.4)分vs(4.9±0.3)分]、[(10.5±1.5)分vs(8.2±1.2)分]和[(5.3±0.6)分vs(4.1±0.8)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈在药物人工流产中有较好的效果和临床价值。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activity after drug induced abortion and its short-term follow-up value.Methods124subjects selected randomly divided into observation group and control group,the former using QCC group intervention,the generalnursing,collected during follow-up study of medical data recovery satisfaction,health knowledge score situation comparison.Results Of the observationgroup satisfaction of medical treatment(93.5%)compared with the control group(79%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group completed the follow-up rate(96.8%)than in the control group(80.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the study period,the observation group of gynecological infection reported events was6.7%,significantly lower than the control group(24%)(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group in vulvar hygiene and safe contraception and health attitude knowledge scores were:[(5.4±0.4)vs(4.9±0.3)%],[(10.5±1.5)vs(8.2±1.2)and(5.3±0.6)vs(4.1±0.8)%],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The qualitycontrol circle has good effect and clinical value in drug induced abortion.
