摘 要:目的研究维生素D辅助治疗肺结核的临床机制,提高肺结核疗效。方法选取肺结核患者152例,随机分为2组,对照组患者采用常规抗结核治疗,观察组患者在常规抗结核基础上加用维生素D辅助治疗,经过1个疗程3个月的治疗后,总结2组患者的日排痰量、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)占预计值的百分比FEV_1%、再次入院率数据并进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.42%,对照组患者的总有效率为81.58%,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的日排痰量、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)数据差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者的日排痰量、再次入院率数据均低于对照组,第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)占预计值的百分比FEV_1%数据高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D辅助治疗肺结核可以提高患者最大摄氧量,改善患者的肺功能,有效改善患者的临床症状,降低再次入院率,疗效显著,是一种可研究应用的肺结核辅助治疗方法。Objective To study the vitamin D assist the treatment of tuberculosis clinical mechanisms.Methods Methods152patients with pulmonarytuberculosis were randomly divided into2groups,the control group were treated with conventional anti-TB treatment,patients observed inthe conventional anti-TB based on the use of vitamin D assist treatment,after a course of three months of treatment,the amount of sputum daily summaryof2groups of patients,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)percent predicted of FEV1%,and readmission rate data were analyzed togive conclusions.Results The patients with total effective rate93.42%in the control group of patients,the total effective rate was81.58%,the differencewas significant,statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the patients daily sputum volume2,the first forced expiratory volume inone second(FEV1)data no significant difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,the observation group were daily sputum volume,the readmission rate data were lower than the control group,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)as a percentage of the predicted value ofFEV1%higher than the data,the difference was significant,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D may improve the adjuvanttreatment of tuberculosis patients maximal oxygen uptake and improve lung function in patients,improve clinical symptoms,reduce readmissionrates,a significant effect,is a kind of tuberculosis research adjuvant therapy applications.
