心理护理对年龄相关性白内障患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对年龄相关性白内障患者术后康复的影响,为选择合理临床护理措施提供参考。方法选择112例年龄相关性白内障患者作为此次研究对象,将全部患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组56例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加强全程心理护理干预,比较两组患者的术后康复效果。结果观察组患者SAS评分(38.75±6.78)与SDS评分(40.96±4.83)要显著低于对照组(44.18±7.24)、(45.48±4.97)与护理前(57.44±5.56)、(58.35±7.55)(P<0.05);观察组术后视力(0.77±0.32)与住院时间(4.65±1.52)均要显著优于对照组(0.57±0.26)、(7.58±2.24)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率是17.86%,对照组并发症发生率是46.43%,观察组并发症发生率要显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对年龄相关性白内障患者术后康复具有积极影响,能够加快患者康复,明显改善患者视力与心理状态,减少术后并发症的发生,可作为年龄相关性白内障手术患者的护理措施之一。Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the postoperative recovery of patients with age-related cataract,andto provide reference for the selection of reasonable clinical nursing measures.Methods A total of112cases with age-related cataract were selectedas the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with56cases in each group.Patientsin the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with the whole course psychological nursing intervention.Postoperative rehabilitation effect was compared between the two groups(using statistical software SPSS20.0analysis and processing related data).Results in the observation group,the SAS score(38.75±6.78)and SDS score(40.96±4.83)were significantly lower than those in the control group(44.18±7.24),(45.48±4.97)and before nursing(57.44±5.56),(58.35±7.55)(P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity(0.77±0.32)and length ofstay(4.65±1.52)in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(0.57±0.26),(7.58±2.24)(P<0.05);The incidenceof complications in the observation group and the control group were17.86%and46.43%respectively,the incidence of complications in theobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing on postoperative rehabilitationof patients with age-related cataract has positive effect.The nursing scheme can accelerate the recovery of patients,improve the patient's visualacuity and psychological state,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and can be used as one of the nursing measures for patients withage-related cataract surgery.
