摘　　要：某丁辛醇羰基合成搅拌釜机械密封2012年后出现运行故障。文中分析了机械密封故障原因,并联合国内知名机械密封厂家进行了技术攻关,对机械密封结构、冲洗方案、零部件材质等进行优化和改进,达到了预期的改造效果。Operation fault of mechanical seals in agitators of a 2-ethyl hexanol oxo synthesis plant happened after 2012. This paper analyzed the cause for mechanical seal fault, and tackled key problems together with well- known domestic mechanical seal manufacturers, made optimization and revamp to mechanical seals’structure, flushing procedure and part material, and the revamp effect was achieved.
