甲硝唑联合过氧化氢冲洗宫腔治疗产褥感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑联合过氧化氢冲洗宫腔治疗产褥感染的临床效果。方法 92例产褥感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用青霉素联合氨苄青霉素治疗,观察组采用甲硝唑联合过氧化氢治疗。记录分析两组患者的临床疗效以及各项临床指标时间。结果经过1周的治疗,观察组产褥感染患者的总有效率为97.83%,对照组产褥患者总有效率为78.26%,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间(3.96±0.57)d,症状消失时间(5.20±0.77)d,住院时间(8.23±0.37)d均短于对照组的(5.89±0.74)、(8.04±1.08)、(11.36±0.79)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合过氧化氢冲洗宫腔治疗产褥感染的临床效果显著,值得广泛应用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with hydrogen peroxide for uterine cavity lavage in the treatment of puerperal infection. Methods A total of 92 puerperal infection patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received penicillin combined with ampicillin for treatment, and the observation group received metronidazole combined with hydrogen peroxide for treatment. Analysis were made on clinical effect and time of all clinical indicators in two groups. Results After 1 week of treatment, the observation group had total effective rate as 97.83%, and the control group had total effective rate as 78.26%. The observation group had better treatment effect than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had antifebrile time as (3.96±0.57) d, symptom disappearance time as (5.20±0.77) d, hospital stay time as(8.23±0.37) d, which were all shorter than (5.89±0.74), (8.04±1.08) and (11.36±0.79) d in the control group.Their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Metronidazole combined with hydrogen peroxide for uterine cavity lavage shows significant clinical effect in the treatment of puerperal infection, and it is worth wide application and promotion.
