探讨舒适护理在颅底骨折脑脊液耳鼻漏患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在颅底骨折脑脊液耳鼻漏患者中的应用效果。方法 120例颅底骨折脑脊液耳鼻漏患者,以随机分配为原则分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行舒适护理。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间为(10.01±1.19)d、脱水药物使用时间为(3.03±0.05)d、抗生素使用时间为(9.45±1.03)d,均优于对照组患者的(18.22±1.82)d、(6.88±0.02)d、(14.23±1.19)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组患者(28.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在颅底骨折脑脊液耳鼻漏患者中具有良好的临床效果,能大大降低并发症发生率,促进患者的康复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate application effect of comfortable nursing in basilar fracture cerebrospinal fluid otorhinorrhea patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with basilar fracture cerebrospinal fluid otorhinorrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing.Observation was made on nursing effects in the two groups. Results The observation group had hospital staytime as (10.01±1.19) d, desiccation drug administration time as (3.03±0.05) d, and antibiotics administration time as (9.45±1.03) d, which were all better than (18.22±1.82), (6.88±0.02) and (14.23±1.19) d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of complications (3.33%) than the control group (28.33%), and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing shows excellent clinical effect in basilar fracture cerebrospinal fluid otorhinorrhea patients. This method can remarkably lower incidence of complications and enhance rehabilitation in patients. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
