职业病预防性体检中健康教育的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索健康教育用于职业病预防性体检中的价值。方法 20000例接受职业病预防性体检者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各10000例。对照组给予常规体检护理服务,观察组在对照组的基础上加用健康教育,对比两组体检者的健康认知水平、护理满意度。结果体检前,两组体检者健康认知水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体检3个月后,观察组体检者的健康认知评分(87.2±12.1)分明显高于对照组(76.4±11.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体检者的满意度评分为(93.8±12.3)分,明显高于对照组的(85.6±11.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育渗透到职业病预防性体检中效果显著,增强体检者对职业病的健康认知水平,改变健康观念,对于保障体检者的身心健康具有积极意义,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate value by health education in preventive physical examination for occupational disease. Methods A total of 20000 people in preventive physical examination for occupational disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 10000 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing service in physical examination, and the observation group receivedadditional health education. Comparison was made on health cognitive level and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Before physical examination, there was no statistically significant difference of healthcognitive level between the two groups (P>0.05). In 3 months after physical examination, the observation group had obviously higher health cognitive level score as (87.2±12.1) points than (76.4±11.7) points in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had much higher satisfaction scoreas (93.8±12.3) points than (85.6±11.2) points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education shows excellent effect in preventive physical examination for occupational disease. It can enhance health cognitive level and change health conception on occupational disease. This method contains positive significance for physical and psychological health, and it is worth promoting and applying.
