摘 要:剪力墙的节能设计是夏热冬暖地区建筑节能设计的重点之一,为优化剪力墙节能设计,采用反应系数法求解了夏热冬暖地区典型剪力墙的非稳态传热过程,进而分析了剪力墙在外保温和内保温两种形式下的内表面温度、温度波幅等特性,讨论了不同保温方式的剪力墙对室内热环境的影响,研究得出外保温方式比内保温方式更有利于改善室内热环境,并提出调整剪力墙构造层次的顺序是夏热冬暖地区改善室内热环境的适宜措施。The design of the shear wall is one of the difficulties in building energy efficiency design in hot summer and warm winter zone. In order to optimize the design of shear wall, unsteady heat transfer process of compound shear wall in hot summer and warm winter zone is solved by using response factor method, and the characteristic about internal surface temperature and temperature amplitude are analyzed under the condition including external insulation and internal insulation with shear wall. Then the influence on the thermal environment of different heat insulation methods are discussed, and the conclusion is given that external insulation with shear wall have better thermal proper?ties to improve thermal environment than internal insulation wall. And it is emphasized that adjusting the order of the shear wall structure is an appropriate measure to improve the indoor thermal environment in hot summer and warm winter zone.
