摘  要:设计了一种新型三频段医疗植入式天线。天线可同时实现人体数据采集(MICS频段404 MHz)、无线能量传输(ISM频段918 MHz)和切换工作状态(WMTS频段1.43 GHz)的功能。采用高介电常数介质和多层平面倒F结构(PIFA天线)使天线尺寸降低,最终天线总体尺寸为10 mm×10 mm×1.5 mm,较之前同类天线尺寸减小。利用仿真软件对天线进行了优化,得到天线在各频点处回波损耗小于–15 d B,增益分别为–39,–32,–26 d B,保证了天线工作的可靠性。最后,基于仿真模型制作了天线实物,用猪肉模拟人体组织进行了实测,实测数据与仿真结果吻合良好。A novel triple-band medical implantable antenna was designed.The antenna is effective with data telemetry(MICS band404MHz),wireless powering transmission(ISM band918MHz),and the switchover of working state(WMTS band1.43GHz).The antenna’s size is10mm×10mm×1.5mm using materials with high permittivity and multilayer PIFA structure to reduce antenna size,which is smaller than that of previous antenna.The antenna was optimized by simulation software.Result shows that the return loss S11<–15dB and the gain is–39,–32and–26dB at each frequency point,which guarantees the reliability of the antenna at working.Finally,the antenna was tested in minced pork and the measured data were in good agreement with the simulation results.
