摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗老年性心肌梗死的疗效及对血脂的影响。方法:收治老年性心肌梗死患者90例,随机分为试验组与对照组各45例。在综合治疗的基础上,试验组给予阿托伐他汀治疗;对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗。结果:试验组治疗后的hs-cTnI、CK-MB、TC、TG均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组恶性心律失常率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗老年性心肌梗死患者的疗效较好,能够显著改善血脂水平,且无明显不良反应发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on elderly patients with myocardial infarction and its effect on blood lipid level.Methods:90 elderly patients with myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the experimental group were given atorvastatin,while the control group was treated with simvastatin.Results:The hs-cTnI,CK-MB,TC and TG in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the arrhythmia rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with myocardial infarction is good.It can improve the level of blood lipids significantly,with no significant adverse reactions.
