摘　　要：目的:探讨骨皮质剥脱术与锁定接骨板内固定术治疗四肢长骨骨不连的效果及安全性。方法:收治四肢长骨骨不连患者48例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用骨皮质剥脱术治疗,观察组采用骨皮质剥脱术联合锁定接骨板内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组关节功能活动度、总有效率和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨皮质剥脱术联合锁定接骨板内固定术治疗四肢长骨骨不连的效果显著,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect and safety of decortication and locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs long bone nonunion.Methods:48 patients with limbs long bone nonunion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with decortications.The observation group was treated with decortication combined with locking plate internal fixation.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the joint function activity,total effective rate and complication rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of decortication combined with locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs long bone nonunion was significant,and the safety was high.
