护理专案降低前列腺电切术后患者尿管堵塞发生的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理专案降低经尿道前列腺电切术后患者尿管堵塞的疗效。方法:收治泌尿外科前列腺电切手术患者81例作为对照组,按常规管道护理。收治手术患者78例作为试验组,实施护理行政专案。并对两组术后尿管堵塞的发生率、实施前后护士对膀胱冲洗知识知晓率等结果进行比较。结果:实施前后护士对膀胱冲洗知识知晓率结果比较有显著提高。两组术后尿管堵塞的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用护理行政专案可有效地降低前列腺电切术后患者尿管堵塞的发生率。Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing project on reduceding the incidence of urinary catheter obstruction after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods:81 cases of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate in the department of urology were selected as the control group,with conventional tube care.78 patients with surgery were treated as the experimental group.The implementation of nursing administrative projects was used.The incidence of urinary tract obstruction and the awareness rate of bladder irrigation were compared between groups before and after the operation.Results:Before and after the implementation,the awareness rate of bladder irrigation knowledge was significantly improved.There was significant difference between groups in the incidence of postoperative urethral obstruction (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing administrative projects effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative prostatectomy in patients with ureteral obstruction.
