无创呼吸机双相正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探究无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法:收治急性左心衰患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组给予无创呼吸机治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、平均住院治疗及卧床恢复时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);观察组平均住院治疗及卧床恢复时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰临床疗效显著,在提高治疗效果的同时,明显缩短患者的住院治疗及卧床恢复时间。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods:80patients with acute left heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with40cases in each.The control group was given conventional basic treatment.The observation group was given noninvasive ventilator treatment.The clinical treatment effective rate,average hospitalization and bed recovery time were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was95%,which was higher than75%of the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization and the bed recovery time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure has a significant clinical curative effect,at the same time to improve the treatment effect,significantly shorten the hospitalization and bed recovery time of patients.
