TAPP治疗急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的疗效观察及评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨TAPP治疗急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法:收治嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者10例,均采用TAPP技术行手术治疗,将其手术方法及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:患者平均手术时间(39.4±10.6)min;平均切口长度(1.2±0.4)cm;术中平均出血量(10.5±6.3)m L。术后并发症发生情况:出现手术区血肿1例,神经感觉异常1例。手术治疗均成功,随访6个月无复发病例。结论:将TAPP手术方法应用于急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者治疗中,能够有效减少手术操作给机体带来的创伤,利于促进患者康复,对降低术后并发症发生率及减轻患者痛苦均具有重要作用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of TAPP in the treatment of acute incarcerated inguinal hernia.Methods:10patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia in were selected.All of them were treated with TAPP surgical treatment,and we analyzed the surgical methods and therapeutic effects retrospectively.Results:The mean operative time was(39.4±10.6)min;the average incision length was(1.2±0.4)cm;the average intraoperative bleeding volume was(10.5±6.3)mL.The incidence of postoperative complications:1case of hematoma occurred in the operation area,and the other one with abnormal nerve sensation in1case.All the operations were successful,followed up for6months without recurrence.Conclusion:The application of TAPP technique in the treatment of acute incarcerated inguinal hernia of patients can effectively reduce the trauma caused by the operation.It is beneficial to promote the rehabilitation of patients,and it plays an important role in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and alleviating the pain of patients.
