γ线放射治疗阴道和肛管内尖锐湿疣30例体会

摘　　要：目的:观察分析γ线放射治疗阴道和肛管内尖锐湿疣疗效。方法:将30例尖锐湿疣患者全部单纯进行放疗,放射源铱为-192,对阴道和肛管内尖锐湿疣采取内置管方法,一般取阴道和肛管黏膜下0.5 cm为剂量参考点,步进距为0.5~1 cm。治疗长度根据疣体范围而定,放疗靶区包括肿物外0.5 cm,剂量为4~5 Gy/次,1次/周,总剂量为10~25Gy。结果:30例患者治愈率为100%,复发率为0%。结论:γ线放射治疗阴道和肛管内尖锐湿疣疗效确切,不良反应较小。Objective:To observe and analyzeγray radiation therapy in the treatment of vaginal and anal condyloma acuminatum.Methods:All30patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated with radiotherapy alone,iridium-192.Radioactive sources within the vaginal and anal canal acuteness wet wart adopt built-in tube method,usually took vaginal and anal canal submucosal0.5cm as the dose of reference point,step by step from0.5～1cm long.The length of treatment depended on the range of warts.The radiotherapy target area included0.5cm outside the tumor,dose of4～5Gy/times,1times/week,and the total dose was10～25Gy.Results:The cure rate was100%,and the recurrence rate was0.C onclusion:Theγray in the treatment of vaginal and anal condyloma has significant effect and less adverse reactions.
