摘 要:目的:研究B-FLOW技术结合彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对下肢深静脉血栓诊断的临床价值。方法:收治下肢深静脉血栓患者98例,采用二维观察其管腔内回声、管壁回声、血管内径情况,同时附加挤压肢体远端试验、Valsalva试验和探头加压试验,以此观察患者的血流速度、频谱形态、血流情况。结果:周围型血栓患者56例,中央型血栓患者22例,混合型血栓患者20例。诊断结果清晰,避免了误诊率。B-FLOW技术结合CDFI能够对血栓类型有效区分和部位预后有效评估。结论:B-FLOW技术结合CDFI呈现高特异性和高敏感性的特点,同时也能够检测在不同阶段血栓的情况和相应栓塞的水平,有利于对临床治疗方案的判断和指导,其优势是其他单一影像学技术不能代替的。Objective:To study the clinical value of B-FLOW technology combined with color doppler ultrasound(CDFI)in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods:98patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were selected.The intraluminal echo,wall echo,blood vessel diameter were observed by two dimension.The blood flow velocity,frequency spectrum and blood flow were observed by distal extremity extrusion experiment,Valsalva experiment and probe compression experiment.Results:56cases were peripheral thrombosis;22cases were central thrombosis;20cases were mixed thrombosis.The results were clear and the misdiagnosis rate was avoided.B-FLOW technology combined with color doppler ultrasound could effectively distinguish the thrombosis type and effectively evaluate the prognosis of the site.Conclusion:B-FLOW technology combined with color doppler ultrasound show the characteristics of high specificity and high sensibility,at the same time,it can also be used to detect the thrombosis in different stages and the corresponding embolism level,which is helpful to judge and guide the clinical treatment plan.Its advantage is that other single imaging technology can not be replaced.
