人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育环相关因素的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育环的相关因素。方法:收治人工流产术后及时放环妇女78例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组予以综合护理干预。结果:对照组满意度79.49%,低于观察组的97.44%(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后及时放环过程中配合有效的护理措施降低了感染率,节育器固定效果良好,获得了患者肯定。Objective:To investigate the related factors of immediate placement of intrauterine contraceptive ring after induced abortion.Methods:78women were placed intrauterine contraceptive ring after artificial abortion were selected as the control groupand were given the routine care.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The satisfaction ofthe control group was79.49%,lower than97.44%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing measures in the process of the timely release of intrauterine device after abortion can reduce the infection rate,and the effect is good.
