中药足浴联合耳贴治疗脑动脉硬化症睡眠障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨辨证中药足浴联合耳穴贴压治疗脑动脉硬化患者睡眠障碍的效果。方法:90例脑动脉硬化睡眠障碍患者随机分为辨证组、耳穴组和联合组,每组30例。辨证组仅依辨证分型给予中药足浴治疗,耳穴组单用耳穴贴压治疗;联合组采用辨证中药足浴联合耳穴贴压治疗,连续治疗14d,观察三组患者睡眠质量评分(SRSS)的改善情况。结果:三组患者治疗前SRSS评分及总分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组SRSS评分各项及总分低于治疗前;其睡眠不足、睡眠时间、入睡困难、睡眠态度项及总分均较同期的辨证组低;SRSS评分中除睡眠时间外,其余各项均低于同期的耳穴组。辨证组SRSS评分中除梦多或梦魇外,其余各项及总分均低于治疗前;除梦多或梦魇和睡眠态度外其余各项评分均低于同期的耳穴组。耳穴组SRSS评分中除早醒、梦多或梦魇、睡眠态度外其余各项评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论:辨证中药足浴联合耳穴贴压能有效改善脑动脉硬化患者的睡眠障碍症状,方法便捷,无副反应,适宜临床推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of TCM foot bath plus auricular acupoint sticker on sleep disturbance in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into the syndrome differentiation group, auricular acupoint group and combined group, 30 cases in each group. Results: There was no significant difference in SRSS score and total score among three groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the SRSS scores in the combined group were lower than those before treatment. The scores of sleep, sleep time, difficulty in falling asleep, item of sleep and total score were lower than those in the syndrome differentiation group. The rest was lower than the auricular acupoint group. In the auricular acupoint group, the scores were lower than before treatment (all P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM foot bath plus auricular acupoint sticker can effectively improve symptoms of sleep disturbance in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.
