艾芪汤治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾芪汤治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:将72例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗组口服艾芪汤,服药3个疗程后(一个疗程为1个月经周期),观察两组的治疗效果。结果:服药3个疗程后,对照组总有效率为72.22%,治疗组总有效率为91.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾芪汤治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,值得推广使用。Objective: To observe the curative effect of the Aiqi decoction on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given ibuprofen sustainedrelease capsule; the treatment group took the Aiqi decoction, for 3 courses (1 menstrual cycle as a course). Results: After 3 courses, the total efficiency was 72.22% in the control group and 91.67% in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Aiqi decoction is effective on primary dysmenorrhea and worthy of promotion.
