蛴螬多糖对家兔血脂调节作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨蛴螬多糖对高脂家兔的血脂是否具有降低的作用。方法:家兔2~3kg,随机分为正常组、水蛭素煎剂组和蛴螬多糖组,正常组喂以普通饲料,灌服生理盐水,另外两组喂以高脂饲料,分别灌胃两种药物,药物干预后,取颈动脉血测定TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的含量,分析蛴螬多糖对血脂的调节作用。结果:与正常组比较,蛴螬多糖组血脂均有所下降,但下降程度不同;与水蛭素煎剂组比较,蛴螬多糖组血脂下降速度较快,均下降到了正常范围内。结论:通过实验发现,蛴螬在临床上作为中药治疗多种疾病,蛴螬的活性成分多糖具有降脂作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of grubs polysaccharide on lipid metabolism in the normal group, hyperlipidemic rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were randomly divided into the mormal group, hirudin group and grub polysaccharide group. The normal group received normal forage and physiological saline. The others were given hight-fat diet. After medicine intervention, content of TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were determined. Results: Compared with the normal group, the blood lipids in the grub polysaccharide group were decreased, but the descending degree was different. Compared with the hirudin group, the blood lipid descent rate in the grubs polysaccharide group were decreased to the normal range. Conclusion: The experimental results showed that grubs could be used as TCM treatment for many diseases. The active ingredient polysaccharide of grubs had lipid-lowering effects.
