摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气滋阴活血通便方治疗老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择200例患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例用自拟益气滋阴活血通便方,对照组100例用果导片,1个月后评价临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93%,对照组为79%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气滋阴活血通便方治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效显著。Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongbian recipe on senile habitual constipation. Methods:200 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group took the Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongbian recipe; the control group took the Guodao tablets. Results: The total efficiency was 93% in the treatment group and 79% in the control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongbian recipe has obvious curative effects on the senile habitual constipation.
