乙肝解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙肝86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法:治疗组86例用中药加恩替卡韦,对照组74例单用恩替卡韦治疗,总疗程均为12个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为67.44%,停药复发率为27.58%;对照组总有效率为43.24%,复发率为62.50%,均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝疗效确切,值得临床进一步观察使用。Objective: Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on chronic hepatitis B was observed. Methods: 86 cases in the treatment group were given TCM medicine plus entecavir; 74 cases in the control group received entecavir merely. The treatment lasted for 12 months. Results: The total efficiency and recurrence after medicine withdrawal in the treatment group were 67.44% and 27.58% respectively, and in the control group were 43.24% and 62.50% respectively. There were statistically significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion: The integrative medicine on chronic hepatitis B showed exact effects, and is worthy of further observation.
