中西医结合治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复荣通脉胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙中西医结合治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法:将入选的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者120例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,两组均给予常规内科治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀钙片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复荣通脉胶囊,观察两组临床症状、ABI和皮温的变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状、皮温及ABI等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:复荣通脉胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙中西医结合治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To study clinical effects of the Furong Tongmai capsule plus atorvastatin calcium on diabetic lower limb vascular disease. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Both groups were treated by routine medical treatment. The treatment group took the Furong Tongmai capsule more. Results: The clinical symptoms, skin temperature and ABI were significantly improved in the treatment group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: The Furong Tongmai capsule plus atorvastatin calcium on diabetic lower limb vascular disease is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical application.
