摘　　要：前阴,又称下阴,是男、女外生殖器及尿道外口的总称。皮肤性病科的多种疾病均可能造成其局部糜烂、溃疡,如:生殖器疱疹、软下疳、性病性淋巴肉芽肿、急性女阴溃疡、糜烂性龟头炎等,通常有疼痛、瘙痒等伴随症状。在一般认识中,前阴疮蚀疾病的发生与性传播疾病关系密切。患者在忍受局部不适的同时,往往承担着沉重的心理压力,并羞于接受正规诊疗。如此既不利于健康,也影响家庭和睦与社会和谐。孙思邈是我国唐代重要的医药学家,其著作《备急千金要方》《千金翼方》是我国第一部临床医学百科全书,收录了大量针对前阴疮蚀的方药,尚未出现针对性的整理研究。External genitalia is also called the lower genitalia,is the name of human external genitalia and external orifice of urethra.A variety of skin venereal diseases can cause erosion and ulcer of external genitalia,such as genital herpes,soft chancre,venereal lymphogranuloma,acute vulva ulcer,erosive balanitis,etc.These erosion and ulcer are usually associated with pain and itching.In the general understanding,erosion and ulcer of external genitalia are closely associated with sexually transmitted diseases.Most of patients with these diseases bear a heavy psychological pressure and are ashamed to accept formal diagnosis and treatment,which is bad for health,and bad for family concord and social harmony.Sun Si-miao is a famous medical expert of Tang dynasty,he recorded quite a lot of formulas and herbs that can treat erosion and ulcer of external genitalia.This article summarizes his experience in treating erosion and ulcer of external genitalia by analyzing TCM literature and materials.
