摘　　要：目的:探讨越秀区青年人群的生殖健康及服务需求,并提出针对性的生殖保健、治疗指导意见。方法:采用自拟调查问卷,通过分层随机抽样方法对越秀区代表性的2个社区、2所高校中的社会人员、大学生共计400人进行生殖健康需求与服务的调查,使用Epi Data3.0软件对收集到的数据进行登记录入,并使用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:越秀区青年对生殖健康、避孕节育方法的相关知识、保健服务有明确的需求,特别是性与生殖健康咨询,多数青年人对生殖健康的了解程度较高,且对相关服务持积极、接受态度,对避孕节育药具的使用率也较高,但对咨询服务的利用率相对较低,网络媒体已经成为其获取知识的主要途径。结论:越秀区青年人群对生殖保健服务有较高需求,应针对当今青年的特点、生殖健康服务中存在的不足,结合时代发展,加大相关宣传与保健服务的投入,加强相关机构的服务机构的能力建设,提高青年身心健康。Objective:To explore the reproductive health needs and services needs in Yuexiu District youth population and to propose targeted reproductive health,treatment guidance.Methods:A questionnaire survey was given by stratified random sampling method in a total of400people in2representative communities in Yuexiu District and social workers,college students in2universities to investigate the reproductive health and services needs,the data collection was made by using EpiData3.0software and the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS16.0software.Results:Youth in Yuexiu District had a clear demand on reproductive health,knowledge of contraceptive methods,health care services,especially the sexual and reproductive health counseling,the majority of young people had a higher level of understanding of reproductive health and held a positive attitude towards the relevant service,they had a higher using rate of contraceptives,but the rate of using advisory services was relatively low,network media had become a main way to obtain knowledge.Conclusion:Youth in Yuexiu District had a higher reproductive health and service need.Publicity and health care service investment should be increased and services related institutions should be strengthened to improve youth physical and mental health according to the characteristics of today's youth,shortage of reproductive health services and the development of the times.
