摘　　要：健康中国发展战略是全面建成小康社会的核心目标,是人民群众健康需求的基本诉求,是"十三五"卫生事业总体规划。护理队伍的建设、提高护理质量是服务于健康产业发展的重要环节之一。但护理职业本身具有高风险、高压力、高强度的特点,从而导致护理人才流失严重、人员短缺。护理人才短缺仍然是中国乃至全球护理事业面临的一个主要问题。本文从多个方面分析了护理行业发展的现状及问题,并从不同层面对护理行业的发展提出了建议,希望能够为护理行业健康有序的发展提供参考,在促进健康服务业科学发展过程中发挥重要作用。The development strategy of Healthy China is the core goal for a well-off society construction,the basicdemand of people's health needs,and an important part of the13th Five-Year Plan.Building a highlevel nursing team andimproving the quality of healthcare will be one of the important parts to serve the health industry.The nurse occupationis characterized high risk,high stress and high labor intensity,which lead to serious loss and shortage of nurses.This is amajor problem not only in China but also around the world.In this paper,we analyzed the current situations and problemsof nurses’career from many aspects and made some suggestions for the development of nurse industry from different levels.We hope it can provide a reference for the healthy and orderly development of nurses and play an important role in theprocess of scientific development of the health services industry.
