从法社会学看“新政”下网约车的监管和发展

摘　　要：网约车的出现解决了交通不便的问题，满足了乘客的出行需要，但同时也带来一些社会问题。“新政”《指导意见》和《暂行办法》的相关规定虽然确定了网约车的合法地位并规范了其发展，但同时也带来一些难题。本文拟从法社会学的角度出发，思考“新政”出台后网约车应当如何监管的问题以及其未来的发展前景。The emergence of the network car can solve the problem of traffic inconvenience,meet the travel needs ofpassengers,but also bring some social problems.Although the new policy has determined the legal status of the network carand regulate its development,but also bring some difficult problems.This paper intends to consider the question of how thenetwork car should be supervised after the introduction of the new policy and its future development from the perspectiveof sociology of law.
