摘　　要：当前，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，就业压力越来越大,大学生在就业过程中因此会出现各种心理问题。不良情绪是大学生就业过程中各种心理问题的外在表现。本文通过分析大学生就业过程中常见的不良情绪及其表现，探讨了如何引导大学生学会觉察自己的情绪，识别不良情绪产生的原因，学会控制自己的情绪，能够用正确的方法疏导不良情绪。提高大学生就业的心理健康水平，从而提高大学生的就业质量。Currently,the employing situation of college students is more and more serious and the employing pressureis higher and higher.During the process of employment,there have been various kinds of psychological problems.Bademotion is outward manifestation of psychological problems during their employing process.The article analyzed the bademotion appeared easily and its manifestation during the process of employment,discussed how to guide college studentsto perceive their own emotion,distinguished the reason why bad emotion has produced,learned to control their emotionand use correct ways to untangle bad emotion.Improve the college students psychological level of employment,thus,theemploying quality of college students will be improved.
