扰动事件对鲜活农产品供应链的影响及应对策略

摘　　要：近年来，随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，人们对鲜活农产品的需求不断增加，而企业的经营环境日益复杂，供应链面临越来越多的扰动事件，探讨扰动事件对鲜活农产品供应链的影响具有重要意义。本文探讨了扰动事件对鲜活农产品供应链生产、物流及协调等方面的影响，并提出了相应的应对策略。In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,people’s living standard is improving constantly,and the demand of the people for fresh agricultural products is increasing constantly too.In the meantime,enterprises’business environment is becoming more and more complex,and the supply chain is faced more and more disruptions.So,there is a great significance to explore the influence caused by disruptions to fresh agricultural products supply chain.Thisarticle discusses the influence of production,logistics and coordination of fresh agricultural products supply chain causedby disruptions,and then we propose some corresponding strategies.
