摘 要:传统材料通过常规工艺制造的大型挖掘机履带板组织及性能难以满足要求。本次研究对履带板材料ZG110Mn13Mo1进行了成分调整,提高了履带板的淬透性及韧性。调整了履带板水韧处理奥氏体化保温时间及出炉后入水前的时间,极大地减少了组织中的网状碳化物,大幅降低发生脆性断裂的可能性。改进后的履带板性能显著提高,耐磨性与进口产品相当。The microstructure and performance of crawler shoes manufactured from traditional materials and treated through conventional procedures cannot meet the requirements.In this study,the chemical composition of the traditional material ZG110Mn13Mo1was modifi ed,therefore the hardenability and impact toughness of the crawler shoes were improved.The austenitizing holding time was extended and the interval before quenching was shortened,as a result,the carbide network was reduced signifi cantly and the risk of brittle fracture was minimized.The performance of the updated crawler shoes was improved,and the wear resistance reached the same level as the imported products.
